5. Data Retention

For Candidates

  • Active candidate profiles are retained as long as the candidate remains active on our platform
  • Profiles inactive for more than 12 months are archived and removed from active databases

For Clients

  • Client and billing records are retained for a minimum of 7 years in compliance with Indian financial regulations
  • Hiring briefs and candidate feedback records are retained for 2 years after engagement closure
