If the placed candidate exits your organisation for any reason within 90 days of joining — resignation, termination, or no-show after joining — FastHire initiates one free replacement search immediately.

The fee is always one month's equivalent of the placed candidate's agreed monthly salary. For a candidate joining at ₹80,000/month — the fee is ₹80,000, payable 7 days after joining.
